free size exchanges

for pairs from our collection, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap your size for free, postage both ways on us. one free exchange per order. ready to ship and custom pairs can't be exchanged.

returns

you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. email us, then send your pair back within 14 days, unworn and in its original box, at your own cost with a tracked service. we'll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting it back. custom pairs are final sale.
