who we are

western affair is olivia's brand. she's an artist who turned designer, and every pair is made with our small, family-run workshop in poland. questions? email studio@westernaffair.shoes.

what we collect and why

when you order, we collect your name, email, address, phone number and what you bought, so we can make and send your pair. card details go straight to our payment providers and we never see them. if you join our list, we keep your email to send you news and offers, and you can unsubscribe any time.

who we share it with

only the services that help us run the shop: squarespace, stripe, paypal, fedex, google, and meta and pinterest for ads if you accept marketing cookies. our workshop sees your order details so it can make your pair. we never sell your information.

how long we keep it

order records are kept for 6 years for tax. your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe.
