how long does production take?

every pair is made to order in poland: around 2–10 weeks, or around 4–12 weeks for custom pairs. pairs on our ready to ship page go out straight away.

do you ship worldwide?

yes, we ship worldwide from poland. continental europe: 1-3 working days. usa: 5-7 working days. australia and the rest of the world: 5-10 working days. you can also choose express shipping at checkout.

will i pay taxes or duties?

inside the eu there is nothing extra to pay. outside the european union your parcel may be charged local taxes or duties on delivery.

can i return my shoes?

yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition and box, with clean soles. email studio@westernaffair.shoes before sending anything back. return shipping and any duties are at your own cost. custom pairs are made just for you and cannot be returned. samples from our ready to ship page are sold as seen.

can i order a custom pair?

yes. choose your leather and spikes for one of our existing styles on our custom page, or email us for something completely one-off. the heel shape cannot be changed.

how do i find my size?

we make eu sizes 36-42. every product page has a size chart and says how that style fits, for example hollywood pumps fit slightly large, so size down. if you are unsure, email studio@westernaffair.shoes and we will help you find your fit.

how do i look after my shoes?

store them in their dust bag, away from direct sun and heat. wipe smooth leather with a soft dry cloth and use a suede brush on suede. our full care guide is on the materials page.
