how long does production take?

every pair is handmade to order in poland, so please allow 2-12 weeks for production. pairs on our ready to ship page are sent straight away.

do you ship worldwide?

yes, we ship worldwide from poland. continental europe: 1-3 working days. usa: 5-7 working days. australia and the rest of the world: 5-10 working days. express shipping is available on request.

will i pay taxes or duties?

inside the eu there is nothing extra to pay. outside the european union your parcel may be charged local taxes or duties on delivery.

can i return my shoes?

yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition and box, with clean soles. email studio@westernaffair.online before sending anything back. return shipping and any duties are at your own cost. custom pairs are made just for you and cannot be returned.

can i order a custom pair?

yes. choose your leather and spikes for one of our existing styles on our custom page, or email us for something completely one-off. the heel shape cannot be changed.

how do i find my size?

we make eu sizes 36-42. every product page has a size chart and says how that style fits, for example hollywood pumps fit slightly large, so size down. if you are unsure, email studio@westernaffair.online and we will help you find your fit.

how do i look after my shoes?

keep them away from rain and direct heat and store them in their dust bag. wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth, and use a cream or protector made for your leather type.
